Monte San Vito and the way to the sea
The itinerary begins at the Tourist Information Office in Piazza della Repubblica, where you can download the route and information (Italian and English) via an interactive monitor.
The loop route initially descends the northern slope of the historic town’s hill towards the Triponzio stream, passing through cultivated fields and olive groves, before climbing back up to the town center.
The itinerary passes an agricultural farm that produces extra virgin olive oil and offers product tastings, as well as a B&B. The information provided allows visitors to admire and interpret the surrounding agricultural landscape.
