Monte San Vito is a member of the National Association of Olive Oil Cities, and its territory has been renowned for producing extra virgin olive oil for centuries.

One- or two-night packages include visits to producers and tastings; a guided tour of the village and tastings; and dinners with traditional menus based on local produce and enhanced with EVO oil.

Half-board options are offered by various establishments in the municipality and marketed through selected tour operators and the municipal web app.
